How do I redeem a promotional code?
You can redeem a promotional code in your shopping cart. Go to your shopping cart to see an overview of your order.
Click on "Have a promocode?", enter the promotion code, and click on add.
Please note:
- If you receive a notification that the coupon code does not exist, check if the numbers and/or letters of the code are entered correctly. We recommend copying and pasting the code to avoid errors.
- If the total of the shopping cart is lower than the value of the coupon, the remaining amount will be forfeited.
- Only one promotional code can be redeemed per order. It is not possible to retroactively apply a promotional code to a previous order.

My promotional code is not working
If the promotional code is not working, try the following:
- Copy and paste the code to prevent input errors.
- If entering the code manually, check if the numbers and/or letters are entered correctly.
- Remove any spaces.
- There may be a minimum order amount to redeem the promotional code. Ensure that the subtotal is above this amount.
Please note:
- If the total of the shopping cart is lower than the value of the coupon, the remaining amount will be forfeited.
- You can redeem only one promotional code per order.

The discount is not applied
For every promotion, certain conditions apply. Therefore, check the following conditions:
- Is the discount valid in combination with the item?
- Has the promotion period expired?
- Is there a minimum order amount?
If your order meets the promotion conditions but you still cannot redeem the promotional code, please contact our customer service.
