Shipping Your Package
Packages are always shipped within 1-5 business days after receiving your order via PostNL or FedEx, including track and trace and signature delivery. All shipments are insured for added peace of mind.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, postage, and insurance. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs depend on the total weight. Shipping costs will be charged for each separate order.
Our packaging is spacious enough to securely dispatch your items.
Returns are only possible by prior arrangement. The cost of return shipping and the risk of returning the items are the responsibility of the customer (please package the houses as securely as we have done).
